    • Chia seeds are an outstanding source of protein for blood sugar balance. The protein also gives your body the building blocks it needs to make your neurotransmitters, which play a vital role in mood stability.
    • Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fats which help your neurotransmitters communicate with one another.

    Step 1

Hull and dice strawberries the day you are serving pudding

    Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Whisk in the chia seeds. Let stand for 30 minutes and stir again to ensure all chia seeds are incorporated and not sticking to the bottom of the bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Step 3

The next day, spoon pudding into bowls and top with strawberries and almonds.

    Step 4

Consider other flavor combinations like cherries with dark chocolate or raspberry and lemon with hemp seeds. The sky is the limit!
