A self-described foodie, Jayne Reynolds is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist® who is committed to helping individuals protect their mental health and successfully recover from addiction.

Kelly Calkins
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®
Focus: Autoimmune, Chronic Symptoms, and Nutritional Oncology
Committed to living life fully and vibrantly, Kelly Calkins is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist® dedicated to helping people take control of their health and live their best life.
Kelly grew up loving learning, the outdoors, all things food, and staying active. After getting married and having children, she found herself fighting multiple autoimmune diseases. Overwhelmed, brittle, and exhausted, Kelly spent over a decade battling for her health. By the time she was in her early 30s, she was diagnosed with six autoimmune diseases. Refusing to settle for a significantly impaired quality of life, Kelly turned to nutrition and lifestyle to turn the tables on the dysfunction in her body. She successfully calmed down the overactive autoimmune response in her body, healed her gut, and eliminated the symptoms that plagued her.
Discovering her true passion and calling, Kelly left her career as an IT Engineer, went back to school, and graduated from the Energetic Health Institute as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with an area of focus of Autoimmune Disease. She joined the Abundant Life team in 2020 and received her Board Certification through the NANP in July 2021. Kelly has a thirst for knowledge and is passionate about showing people that they don’t need to settle for how they feel. She loves to help clients start thriving instead of just surviving.
This year, Kelly is pursuing certification through the American Institute of Integrative Oncology.
Kelly is a mom of three and lives in Mesa, AZ, with her husband of 19 years. She enjoys family time, her fur babies, and spending time in nature.
