Hi, I’m Jayne.

I’m Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition and a Level I Certified Nutrition Recovery Coach and I’m on a mission to change the way we think about mental health. 


I know firsthand what it’s like to live with shattered mental health, and how it feels to try and cope with distracted thinking, exhaustion, pain, and lack of motivation.

For four years, I saw my doctor, I took the meds, I did the counseling, and I prayed for relief. But I was still plagued by depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts.

I thought my brain was broken, but it turned out I was wrong.

What I discovered was that while medication is sometimes needed to help alleviate these symptoms, 80% of the time, simple diet and lifestyle changes, and amino acid supplements can resolve our crippling mental health concerns.

I applied the principles that I teach in this course and watched as my daily anxiety attacks gave way to peace, my energy soared, and my suicidal thoughts were replaced with joy and a sense of purpose.

And if that weren’t enough, I was able to get off and stay off my meds. 

I’m confident these principles can help you too.

I can’t believe everything I’ve been dealing with has just been my food. It can’t be that simple but it is. When my mood crashes or I feel my anxiety coming, I know what to do and the problem is gone pretty quickly.

I don’t get stuck on stuff like I used to; I can brush it off more easily than I could in the past and often those feelings don’t even show up anymore. My anxiety is way lower and much more manageable.

But in the last six months, I figured out that my sugar addiction was the biggest thing driving my highs and lows. I’ve always been high-strung but now I’m a lot more mellow; just ask my wife. I’m not picking fights with her as much. I have more self control; I’m not as angry. I don’t have highs and lows like I did before. 

Before I met you, I would read articles, but I couldn’t put it all together. I needed to work with you to have an organized plan. I wish I could show people how I used to be and how I am today because they wouldn’t have any doubts about signing up to work with you.

I learned to prioritize my health and self-care. Work and kids are stressful but I can handle it! I’m choosing things that bring me joy. And I wake up refreshed with enough energy to get through my day.

When I started working with Jayne, I felt depressed, disliked myself, and had low motivation. Now I make lists, get my jobs done have have more motivation to get out and take care of myself.

My anger and anxiety had been a real problem in the last month. I was going to seek professional help for it but the dietary changes alone have improved my mood so I don’t feel like I need to do that anymore.
